Kevin A. Krakora is the President and CEO of UniGroup, overseeing its well-known operating subsidiaries, including United Van Lines and Mayflower Transit. With more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles, Kevin is known for his expertise in navigating complex financial landscapes and driving transformative business strategies.
Throughout his career, Kevin has taken on various senior executive positions, including chief restructuring officer, financial advisor and independent director. His diverse background spans multiple industries including airline, automotive transportation and industrial manufacturing, making him a versatile leader with a broad perspective.
A proud graduate of DePauw University, Kevin earned his B.A. in Economics before going on to achieve his MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign. Outside of work, he cherishes his time with his wife Joanne, with whom he has shared 20 wonderful years, and their three children, who inspire him every day.
Gary Quintalino
Chairman of the Board
Gary Quintalino is the chairperson of the UniGroup Board and its operating subsidiaries, bringing a wealth of experience and insight to his role. Since joining UniGroup’s Board of Directors in 2017, Gary has played a pivotal role in various capacities, including chairing the Technology Committee and contributing to the Audit and Risk Committee.
In addition to his work with UniGroup, Gary is the Chief Operating Officer of Active Logistics, Inc., a proud Mayflower agent since 1995. His extensive background in logistics and operations has positioned him as a trusted leader in the industry, dedicated to driving innovation and efficiency.
