I was impressed with the in home meeting to go over my stuff and also with the customer service over the phone. Everyone was very helpful. The moving experience itself was pretty good. Was impressed with how quick the movers were.

The workers doing the packing and moving were quite pleasant and worked efficiently. The arrived on time and packed carefully.

The people who prepared everything at this end were highly experienced and professional. The unloaders at the other end were very helpful. In Lanesville, the guy helped put together one furniture item for my 76 year old sister and was berated for this by someone in the United office. He should not have been.

All the people we dealt with in the move from the folks loading and unloading the truck to folks in the office were great.

Wherley Movers in Duluth coordinated moving my piano to San Francisco. They did a wonderful job. My contact, Molly, was knowledgable and responsive. She easily solved a number of potential problems. The movers who came to my home to pack and load the piano were pleasant and skilled. Some disassembly was performed and the pieces were padded and packed. The piano arrived in my son’s apartment on time and in good condition. The San Francisco movers carefully reassembled the piano. It was ready to play.

The men who arrived had a great attitude, especially since we had lots of stairs. They worked hard, and were pleasant. I was impressed.

The move went pretty well. I was happy with the packers and movers in Duluth. They were very helpful and mindful of my thing and the house. The movers on the delivery were okay, one of them made several scratches in the floor of our new home with boxes and the dolly.

From beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience. It was obvious that Molly Pennings, Bob Feiro and Phil Sollom from Wherley Moving Systems are experts in their field. Molly is extemely knowledgeable and was always patient as she answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Bob was very professional and courteous when he came to do the estimte. Phil and his crew in WI and IL were professional, courteous and handled my mother's belongings with respect. Everything arrivied in the same condition that it left in. There were no surprises throughout the process, everthing I was told by Molly, Bob or Phil is exactly how everything transpired. Moving is always a stressful time, but having Wherley Moving Systems took the stress out of having my mom's belonings removed from her home in WI, transported to IL and placed in my home. I am very grateful!

I was generally satisfied with the entire process. The only problem I encountered was email communications. My previous ISP was unavailable at my destination, so I had to change my email service, which was difficult because my computer (a tower) was being moved, and I couldn't get email service back for about a week.

The movers on both ends of the move were fantastic. Professional, courteous and worked within my schedule. There were no broken or missing items. This was the best moving experience I have had.

Loaders were very efficient and careful. Unloaders were also very efficient, unwrapped, and assembled bedroom furniture, mattresses etc. without being asked. All excellent. One bad damage to very expensive dressing table -- corner deeply scratched. Will require repair.

Everyone was mice to work with. Needed a couple estimate sand worked to define goods to be moved as my parents home as place of origin was being sold. Everything arrived as it left my parents home.

The delivery people were so polite and helpful. The boxes were well packaged and I experienced not one bit of damage. Great job!

Everything went according to plan.

After checking with other company's United shared their unique options which helped us select them. The representative was very helpful and suggested the use of Pods. We had see some of the competitions Pods and we're not sure what to expect, until the truck arrived with them.

Our total experience was very positive with the office staff, a Bob who gave us the estimate and the movers! Courteous and efficient!
