Overall, very good. Load out was excellent. Unloading at destination was fair to good. The driver was superb, best we have ever had in moves all over the US. Claims lady was the most disappointing of the whole experience. The representative in Emporia (Leah) was also superb. She was so helpful and kind, that is the reason we chose this van line over others.

Everyone was wonderful, professional, and yet demonstrated sensitivity to the fact that we were moving our elderly parents out of their home

Everyone was as nice as they could be both at the Kansas end and at delivery in NC. However, I still think it's an awful lot of money for nowhere close to a houseful of furniture (one chest, one bench, 3 rugs, and 16 boxes).

Moving can be very stressful. It makes a difference when the people handling your items are kind and respectful. Not just to you, but to your property and your home. The movers are fabulous
