The packers called to confirm they were on their way. They arrived on time. The movers also called and arrived on time. Both were quick and efficient. On the other end, I was expecting the movers on 8/27. They did not arrive and I did not get a call from anyone. I call the next day to find out what was happening. They were delayed, which was not a problem but I would have liked a phone call. When the movers arrived all went smoothly. A 8 foot ladder was missing. They did call it in immediately and a claim for was emailed.

Our driver was great. At the beginning of the move he was short handed but managed to overcome this.

Everyone that worked with was outstanding and knew there job. All of the men that packed, loaded and onloaded did a great job!

The receiving end in Grand Junction was wonderful. The Fargo end was chaotic. I gave them a new delivery address, they failed to record it and sent the GJ personnel to the wrong address. My shipment was delayed 6 days from the contracted date and promised $100/day reimbursement but have not seen it yet. I had to pay for my own un-crating as the Fargo office refused, even after making the crates for sandstone tabletops, again, after much confusion. I have used theGrand Junction site 3 times and have never been unhappy with their service. The Fargo office has a huge need for improvement. United should find someone else to contract with in that area.

Considering thst we live on a dead enf road I thought the crew did a great job getting a semi into our narrow driveway.

The biggest concern was scheduling pick-up and delivery dates. I wish we could have known a more specific delivery date further in advance (this was not available to us until the pick-up date). Otherwise, the move went very well, the team was efficient and helpful, and our items were delivered with very little damage. Well done!

Action Movers staff competent and friendly. Packing staff not terrible efficient but it was a horrible day to be loading. Unpacking staff friendly and efficient. Furniture was fine. Glass pack boxes were damaged with several pieces broken. I would say they were under other heavy boxes. Driver was friendly but extended his delivery date to the last possible day because of other ulcerative local work.

United were very professional. They made it easy from beginning to end.

The associates were well behaved . They are nice as people. However many mistakes were made; many nuts/bolts combinations are missing. That makes looking in hard ware stores for the appropriate parts, which is a real pain. Some articles were never shipped. There were articles broken. I will place a claim, I am told I have 9 months to do that.

The scheduler on the Seattle side was extremely difficult to work with. However, Nikki on the Fargo side was phenomenal! Movers were nice and prompt, helpful.

Movers were very nice. A few items left in our house that had to be put in our car where we had little room for them. Some boxes should have been brought into the house. Extremely disappointed in the packer used!
