Excellent move experience. Jacquelin Koupal went out of her way to make to make the time consuming move estimate and to give me tips on how to pack certain items. Shannon Whitehorse kept in excellent contact with me before, during, and after the move. Billy Huffman and crew were very accommodating to work around me during the final packing on moving day. I was very impressed with the truck loading process. The load arrived on schedule and was unloaded as quickly as possible. Consider me a very satisfied customer. P.S. The last time I moved with a moving company was in 1977. I have only lived in four houses during my lifetime.

Team efficient and went right to work. No,lagging around. No chit,chat. Got right to work and where finished in less than two hours. Delivery was just as easy. Pleasant delivery person. Quick in and out. !

packers came on time and asked questions before placing some items in boxes. when I received the shipment nothing was broken or damaged. 2 items where missing and everything was taken care of in a speedy and professional manner. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Very good experience with Action Movers and United Van lines. Jason Silver and Tracy Clinch were very helpful, professional and their pickup and delivery schedules were spot on. The movers themselves were very courteous on both ends of the move. Great job from start to finish.

Don, Zach and Derek made us feel very comfortable and at ease. They were funny and professional. Would recommend them to any one. Hard workers and great to work with!

Amazing! The is the second time that I have used Aaction movers and Don. They packed up my whole house, loaded and unloaded 10 hours away. When everything didn't fit on the semi, Don got a backup truck and drove it personally so it arrived on the exact day they promised. Zack did a wonderful job loading driving and unloading. The new house is 7300 square feet with light carpet that had just been cleaned. They protected everything. They stayed until everything was put together. This was a large corporate move and they definitely handled the job. The packers in Rapid City were Joyce Kevin and Al. Definitely top notch. Super professional and friendly. Mike Don Kevin and Al loaded he truck in Rapid City and did a great job. They worked hard all day. Don and Zack were great. They can definitely handle large professional moves and we will recommend them to our colleagues (we are a doctor and a lawyer). Most amazing was that everything arrived when promised!!

It was excellent service to use. And i throughly enjoyed having others move me in such a short time. The only thing i wish could have been different was a more exact moving period. But you were able to get me my stuff in a short amount of time

Excellent service. Especially appreciated. Pre-move counseling and supply of used boxes, saving us a sum of money.

Loaders arrived on time and were efficient at adding tracking info to all boxes. The shipment took 2.5 weeks to arrive however, despite only having to travel ~600 miles. Unloaders were friendly and efficient.
