Great experience with the movers....the driver, Bobby White, (& his assistant) were very professional & courteous & careful with out belongings!!

Our move was from California to Michigan. From start to finish, everyone did an outstanding job with the move! They guided us throughout the process and kept in contact at every stage. Even after the truck was loaded the driver and coordinator would call to let us know where "our load" was and when he would arrive. They made a stressful move easy!!! Thank you!!!!!

It went well. Packers were good, nice driver, good movers on both ends.

The movers in both locations were polite and friendly. We are missing a dining chair of a set of 6. This is very upsetting because the set is no longer available, so need to settle on this. Also we had a few dents

My overall experience with Johnson Storage & Moving Co was fantastic. Right from the start Sharon Robinson came to my home and made me feel so comfortable. I had received a quote from my husband's employer referred moving company that we thought was quite expensive so I called Johnson Storage & Moving CO. for a second estimate. Sharon took the time to go over every detail and showed me ways to make the move cost effective; such as waiting until September, a less busy time, showing me where things had been padded in the other estimate and that by changing the packaging on the glass (using mirror boxes instead of crates) the bottom line would be affordable to us. We greatly appreciated the time and care she took to prepare for our move. At that point I thought that would be our last time with Sharon but to my pleasant surprise Sharon guided every part of the move. She called to check on the packers and called to check on our driver. I truly have never felt so comfortable with a move as I did with this move. We have a narrow steep driveway and with Sharon's guidance she arranged for our belongings to be transported into a smaller truck and then put into the moving van. Dan our driver padded and shrink wrapped every piece of furniture. He took amazing care of all of our things to be loaded into the truck. When the truck arrived in St. Augustine we again had to have our load put into a smaller truck to get into our new neighborhood that has low trees that a huge moving truck cannot drive through. It took 3 small truck trips to transport our load. His crew worked very efficiently. Sharon called us again to check on the move, always offering comfort as we made this transition. Sharon also set us up with Wanda who was our contact person. She contacted us on all the main parts of the move and let us know that she was our go-to person if need be. The experience as a whole was very professional. I also greatly respected how Dan took such pride in his part of the move. He was very professional and thorough. He carefully went over each checked in piece on the paperwork (#'s) and walked us through to make sure we were happy before he left. I would be happy to use United again on any future moves.

Although the delivery was a little later than expected, everything arrived intact without any breakages.

I had a lot of concerns about moving out of state. All my questions and concerns were addressed and they worked really hard to make things easy for me. It was a good experience and went really smoothly. Wanda the coordinator called to check up to ensure things were going well and kept me updated on what to expect.

Wanda Valadez was right on it with me. She was with me during the whole process. Andy the driver was friendly and professional. His movers were excellent and they picked up and delivered on time. They stayed in touch with me during the whole process.

Everyone was very helpful in guiding me through the process, especially since this was my first time.

Excellent move from the start. Angie our coordinator was amazing! Handled everything with professionalism and knowledge. The packers were awesome, everything was packed correctly. Our Driver Kyle was great also and his crew on the load side and delivery side were professional. They took the time to protect both houses and my furniture. Very pleased!

Everyone involved with my move was extrememy helpful and curteous. The office staff in San Diego did an awesome job as did the packers, drivers and delivery staff. As far as I can tell, everything made it to new destination. I highly recommend Johnson United.

John Najera’s estimate was the closest to actual weight than any other quote I received, and it was the best price. He also went above and beyond his duties as estimator. This was my first move using a company and he walked me through the process step by step and even came over on his time off to help me pack. Truck driver Ronald and team were also amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Moving from the USA to Canada is a bing one. It did stressed us a lot. United made our international move so easy. Everything was flawless.

Personal service from start to finish. This is definitely the best experience we have had with a moving company. Sharon provided immediate service in terms of answering questions and providing boxes when needed. Wanda is really on top of the move logistics and very responsive. Our driver, Dave, was a true professional who called us throughout the move. He took time to review and tag our items prior to the move date which was extremely helpful His crews were polite and helpful. We had a very small overage which came by a second carrier. It arrived quickly and Wanda kept us posted.

The estimator was very helpful in getting the whole process going by offering advice and providing extra boxes to get started. The driver was to be commended for overcoming mechanical issues the day of the delivery and then negotiating with the condo property management rep to find a mutually agreeable parking spot to overcome a problem with street construction on the regular parking spot. All in all the move was kept on schedule by these efforts when it looked like it could slip by at least 2 days. Thanks

Everyone cared about us which made it a easy move

Michael, the rep I dealt with, and Matt, the driver were absolutely tops. On the whole, the loaders were outstanding...totally amazing. I don't remember names of both packers, but I will say that my experience with Charles did not leave me with the best impression. Wanda and I definitely had serious communication problems, but Barb helped out as much as she could.

The overall experience was excellent. From the time the quote was delivered to the point when our items were unloaded from the truck, everything was handled professionally and in the timeframes expected. All personnel involved were courteous, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a moving service.

The overall experience was better than I expected. Having someone else pack up all your belongings for you (during a snow storm) was seamless. To date we have unpacked 90% of the boxes with only one nic nac broken. If I were to ever move again I would definitely choose United and request Chuck S

Overall my move went very smoothly. Unfortunately they had to sub out the team that picked up my stuff, and they didn't do a great job. All of the damage in had was due to their actions. That said, Johnson has been terrific about fixing everything that was damaged. From the estimator to the coordinator, to the driver, everyone was really great.

We were kept informed of our move from Southern California through the San Diego office. Wanda was eager to please and responsive to our concerns and questions. If she did not know the answer to a question, she would seek it out.
