The moving experience was outstanding. This was our third move with United and was the best. Our move coordinator, Benito Martinez, was terrific. Our drive, Ed Greene was superb. We couldn't be happier.

I am not at all crazy about 6 items that were mistakenly shipped to Houston in early December. We are still trying to get that remedied. ALL of the people who did the actual packing, moving and driving were PHENOMENAL!!! JEREMY LONG, ED GREEN and others.

The whole experience was wonderful. Everyone from the salesperson, the office personnel, the people who loaded the truck, and the people who unloaded the truck were exceptional in their work ethic and attitude.

Extremely personable professional team, especially the driver. Estimate was fully explained and right on the mark, regarding the weight of the HHE. Scheduling was perfect. No damage to any item. Excellent care and protection of all shipped items. Used a company "packer" for one day who was very fast and very knowledgeable about his work. Reasonable overall price for 1,800 mile move. The truck and trailer was extremely well kept and well suited (trailer) for the job. Highly recommend the company and crew.

Moving crew and storage crew were superb. The estimator was a bit spacey. He failed to tell me I needed to sign to make it all happen when we'd agreed. Thus packing and moving out were way too hurried.

Benito was great. My dad passed away and we needed to move some key items from my mom's home to my home in St. Louis. Benito was accommodating and empathetic towards our situation. My mom really like him, which was important since I wasn't going to be available for the pickup.
