The move went extremely smooth from start to finish. The preliminary walk through and estimate was well presented and thoroughly explained, every step of the move was defined and information was made available covering aspects of our move that needed more consideration than given by our planning. By the time the truck arrived we were ready and the crew was quick, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. The communication from United was spot on and they were available when needed on a few occasions.

Blackhawk handled everything professionally on time. Tina our move coordinator kept tabs on us and provided excellent support throughout the move. This included picking up empty cartons after we unpacked. Driver and loading and unloading crews did a great job.

The first leg if the move was great. 3 guys showed up and worked very hard. The delivery move didn't start very smooth only one guy showed up and he worked his butt off till the other 1 guy showed up
