We were given a window when the movers would arrive and they showed up on time and were finished quickly. The guys were very nice and respectful. After the company had taken our possessions away that morning, hours later my husband passed away unexpectedly. I was a total mess, in the middle of a move that needed to be put on hold because of his passing. Moving is a hectic nervous endeavor. Especially in our case leaving a house we had lived in for 32 years. Your crew made a difficult at best undertaking manageable and with much of the stress reduced. Your crew, especially your driver, Sam, did an outstanding job. We have moved a number of times in our life and this one was the most organized and had the fewest moments of concern.

We were very pleased with all aspects of the move. The administrative people, our driver and all helpers were very professional and clearly cared that all aspects of the move were done correctly. We appreciated very much their commitment to us having a successful move.

As far as the actual move is concerned, all went well. Your agent at Golden Eagle ....most helpful. pick up and delive2ry on time! The crews were very courteous, asked where we wanted the items put. The only problem I encountered was with your website.......not user friendly. I had to go to Golden Eagle for assistance to complete the form.

Movers were very efficient, however upon unloading they did not put together the shelving that they took apart at my house.

Frank was on time and had help that was polite. He listened to me when I asked questions. Only a few pieces were broken from the move and you have a claims department for that. If I had to refer someone to a moving company, it would be yours. The other companies tried to charge me way more without even coming to the house. I would never do that. Christine was very nice and understanding when I had questions.

Overall good experience for a long and big move.

Everything was professional and amazing with the exception that we thought we were getting the delivery sooner until the movers came to pick up the boxes and told us they had another pick up so it was delayed a few days but otherwise everyone was awesome!

The driver was super-experienced, punctual at both ends of the move, in charge, smart, courteous, and very efficient. We couldn't be more pleased. The loading crew was tough and efficient. The unloading crew also were.
