great guy that loaded our mother home , polite and explained the process, upon arrival in Texas - what a great group of guys so professional and even though it was steaming hot , they got it done !

All of the move went smoothly. Our mover in New Jersey accomodated our request for an early delivery. We had one box with three items that were broken due to our incorrect packing. The crew from New Jersey was quick and efficient.

The team was fantastic on both ends and delivered on every promise they made regarding my move and timing. They were clean, neat, cordial and respectful and did an amazing job of protecting my furniture despite some very difficult geometric angles of delivering an extremely heavy and oversized couch exactly into the room and location I requested. I was very happy with every aspect of my move! The quality customer service and care moving and protecting my possessions exceeded my expectations! Only disappointment was my piano keyboard which I treasure was broken and unusable.

Move was excellent as to all stuff arriving in excellent condition except for a few minor breakage issues that did not rise to the need for a claim. Driver did a skillful job of delivering goods but had some communication and social skills issues with unloading crew.

It was great! The guys were wonderful and worked really hard. It was also great that I was kept informed about when our things would arrive.

The best aspect of the move was the Eagle Transfer Co. in Wenatchee, Wa.. From beginning to end they provided the best moving experience we have had.

the move-out and move-in experience was smooth. The delivery time at our new address was very timely. All personnel were courtious, and careful with our belongings.

I would like to thank the crew leader for the effort he made to get us moved out on time and his leadership with the men who worked with him. It took two days to move us and on the second day all the members of his team stayed until three in the morning.everyone was polite and respectful.Again I truly believe it was the crew leader and his experience that made an extremely hard move workout so extremely well from the beginning to the end. This is the third time we have used United Van Lines and we would highly recommend this moving company to everyone. On a personal note. Do you take back the used boxes??? We have Sooooo many. Our packers did an excellent job. Our driver was a dream to work with both as he loaded and unloaded our household goods. We were very impressed with Danny.
