Every aspect was anticipated by United and any problems were solved before the move was affected.

Great experience. Requested driver Jeff Figliola in which moved me 4 years prior. Jeff was an excellent packer and selected great crews to assist him with my moving.

The over all move went much better then expected.We have moved more than 10 times and this was the best organized effort from all the people we had contact with. From day one thru the move every thing went well. Great support from the driver and the all others.

All the people that we interacted with personally were very polite and professional. They gave us confidence that they cared about our move and wanted to do a good job. The cost were in-line with the estimate. A few items are missing and some damaged. United was very responsive with finding an important lost item. We have not completed the lost/damaged process yet, but I expect it will go fine. The only real complaint we have is that a number of large items were damaged and/or have new nicks. A bit more care moving items in and out of storage may have prevented this.

Easy peasy! Looked at UPack, Uhaul and went with the other U, United Van Line. Some minor glitches but big picture all the stuff arrived intact.

Skid and Carol our movers were great. They arrived on time and helped through our move. As for Joanne Fialle and the manager of William B. Meyer they should find another job. Two of the most uncaring professionals I have ever spoken to. We had three estimates which included United. Allied and North American came in with an estimated weight of 8400 lbs. Joanne under estimated our move with a weight of 7400. Being afraid we would be charged extra I called and told her. She raised the weight to 8800lbs. But what bothers me she never told us it was a guaranteed price regardless of weight the movers told us of this. When I called and complained the original contract did not exist. I told the manager this and said by trying to be and honest customer and opening my mouth and being truthful I paid more than I should have. The managers response was while that's what you get for opening your mouth.
