Samuel Campbell of Corrigan Moving Systems named United Van Lines Van Operator of the Year

BUFFALO (March 19, 2026) — Samuel Campbell out of Buffalo, New York, was named this year’s United Van Lines Van Operator of the Year in the Household Goods East category. The award honors Campbell’s exceptional performance in customer service and safety. He was recognized at the Company’s recent award ceremony in St. Louis. 

Campbell began his career in the trucking industry 29 years ago and has approached every delivery with a strong sense of personal responsibility ever since. He works closely with customers to ensure each move is handled with the same care and attention he would give his own belongings. When asked how he makes a positive impression on new customers, Campbell said, “I pride myself on being on time, in uniform, maintaining a positive attitude and being prepared to answer any questions.”

There are more than 3,900 driving professionals in the United Van Lines network, and Campbell was one of the three winners this year. The Van Operator of the Year began in the late 1970s to recognize the men and women who sacrifice so much for a life on the road and who help other families through one of the most stressful times in their lives.
