ST. LOUIS (April 2, 2019) – Steven James from A-Mrazek Moving Systems, Inc., St. Louis, Missouri, was awarded United Van Lines’ Van Operator of the Year Award for Logistics. The award recognizes James’ outstanding performance in the areas of customer service and safety. United Van Lines Chairman Barry Vaughn and President and CEO Marc Rogers presented the award to James at the company’s recent conference in St. Louis.

In his nearly five years in the industry, James has driven 600,000 miles. James said, “I believe the reasons for my success include working hard, dedication to my craft, and being persistent and well organized. I plan everything out in advance and focus on the work and customers.”
James resides in St. Peters, Missouri.
There are more than 4,300 drivers in the United Van Lines system, and James was one of three winners this year. The van operator of the year began in the late 1970s to recognize the men and women who sacrifice so much for a life on the road and who help other families through one of the most stressful times in their lives.
