Anthony Meindal Recognized with United Customer Hero Award
Nov 4, 2014 – ST. LOUIS – Anthony Meindel, a mover and packer for Suddath Relocation Systems, St. Petersburg, Florida, has been recognized with the United Customer Hero Award. United Chairman Dan McCollister and United CEO Rich McClure announced the award at the company’s recent convention in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Meindel’s peers nominated him because his charm, charisma and determination continually impress them. They say he always displays a positive attitude, brings enthusiasm for what he does and is a team player. He always focuses on the customer’s needs, finding ways to calm them while delivering high quality service. The agency receives numerous comments from customers about Tony’s performance and evident love for what he does.
The Customer Hero Award was inspired by its first recipients, Ronald Ruiz and Ruth Portillo, who were recognized in 2011 for their devotion to their customers. The award honors front-line service providers, such as packers, loaders and helpers for their commitment to quality customer service. This year’s recipient was chosen by a panel of associates who regularly work directly with customers based on nominations from the agency family.
