2019 United Van Lines President’s Quality Award Recipient
ST. LOUIS (Oct. 16, 2019) – Armstrong Relocation, a United Van Lines agent in Charlotte, North Carolina, received the 2019 United Van Lines President’s Quality Award. The award presented at the company’s annual meeting in Nashville clearly distinguished Armstrong Relocation as the best of the best.
The President’s Quality Award recipient is selected from an elite group of United Van Lines’ top service providers. It is also based on quality service performance measured through the eyes of customers via post-move surveys. In earning the President’s Quality Award, Armstrong met or exceeded all United standards of performance, demonstrated top-quality performance throughout the year and sustained quality over many years.

In addition to receiving the President’s Quality Award, Armstrong Relocation received Customer Choice Winner and Performance Excellence distinction and a President’s Club Award at the $3 million level.
