Corrigan Moving Systems Receives United Van Lines Top Honor
Nov 24, 2013 – ST. LOUIS – Corrigan Moving Systems, Farmington Hills, Mich., an agent of United Van Lines, has received the 2013 United Van Lines President’s Quality Award, which recognizes the top service achievement in the carrier’s U.S. family of affiliated moving agencies.
The selection of Corrigan Moving Systems was announced by United Van Lines CEO Rich McClure at the company’s annual convention in Boca Raton, Fla.. While the award is generally given to one location, all Corrigan Moving System locations were recognized this year.
During his recognition of Corrigan Moving Systems, McClure said, “Corrigan realizes that providing excellent customer service starts by motivating its people. They have established a culture of providing quality service by celebrating employees’ individual accomplishments and those of the team as a whole. They also established a recognition program to honor van operators, move coordinators and sales representatives.”
This is the second time Corrigan Moving Systems has received the award. They first received the award in 1995 and now are the 18th recipient of the annual award. The company earned the recognition on the basis of its quality service as measured by data generated through a comprehensive survey completed by customers after the move. In addition to the President’s Quality award, three of Corrigan’s agencies won Customer Choice awards and five more received honorable mentions.
