United Van Lines Agent Corrigan Moving Systems Honored
ST. LOUIS, MO – United Van Lines congratulates agent Corrigan Moving Systems, Farmington Hills, Mich., for receiving the 2013 Moving & Storage Agency of the Year Service Excellence Award, given annually by the American Moving & Storage Association. The award is presented to an agent nominated by its affiliated van line and is then selected by a panel of industry experts.
The judging criteria included, but were not limited to, showing ways in which the agent demonstrated service excellence; awards received; customer satisfaction; contributions made to the industry through innovation; activities performed that benefit consumers, community or employees; and implementing business practices that addressed social or economic issues. AMSA presented the award to Corrigan Moving Systems at its 95th Annual Education Conference & Expo, held Feb. 9-12, 2014 in San Diego.
Corrigan was also honored with United Van Lines’ top award for quality service for 2013-the President’s Quality Award. The company earned the recognition on the basis of its quality service as measured by data generated through a comprehensive survey completed by customers after the move.
