Oler Relo Group Receives United Van Lines 2021 President’s Quality Award

HOUSTON – March 12, 2021 – Oler Relo Group, a United Van Lines agent in Houston received the United Van Lines 2021 President’s Quality Award at the company’s recent virtual conference held in March. The award was presented by United Van Lines President and CEO Marc Rogers and truly distinguishes Oler Relo Group as 2020s best of the best.

The President’s Quality recipient is selected from an elite group of United Van Lines’ top service providers. It is also based on quality service performance measured through the eyes of customers via post-move surveys. “The entire crew was outstanding,” one customer remarked. “They (Oler) all went above and beyond to make sure everything was packed carefully and handled everything with care. They arrived on time and completed the packing and delivery much faster than expected. All of the team was completely professional and a pleasure to work with.”

The award was accepted by Oler Relo’s Executive Vice Presidents, Bryan Oler and Blake Oler. Oler Relo has over 60 years of experience providing relocation, warehousing, and delivery solutions and is honored to receive this award. The Oler Relo team set a goal a few years back to improve quality scores and survey results for improvement across the board, and it has paid off.
