United Van Lines Receives 2018 Logistics Management Quest for Quality Award

Aug 10, 2018 –

St. Louis – America’s number #1 moving company United Van Lines has received a 2018 Logistics Management Magazine Quest for Quality Award in the household goods and high-value goods carrier category. The Quest for Quality Award is regarded in the transportation and logistics industry as the most important measure of customer satisfaction and performance excellence. The Peerless Research Group completes the study each year.

The 35th Quest for Quality awards are determined by Logistics Management readers. They are supply chain and logistics decision makers and qualified buyers who evaluate and rate companies on five criteria: on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service and equipment and operations. This year more than 4,500 total responses were collected.

“We are honored once again to be named among the top three household goods and high-value goods carriers,” said United Van Lines Executive Vice President, Logistics Scott Kluesner. “United Van Lines and our network of agencies is committed to providing an excellent customer experience. This achievement can be attributed to the hard work and dedication across the enterprise.”

The 2018 Quest for Quality Awards are published in the August issue of Logistics Management, and winners will be honored at an awards ceremony in Nashville, Tennessee on Oct. 2. For more information on the Quest for Quality awards, please visit www.logisticsmgmt.com.
