United Van Lines Van Operator Honored with AMSA Award
ST. LOUIS, MO – United Van Lines congratulates Dennis Putnam, a van operator for United agent Hilldrup Moving & Storage in Stafford, Va., for receiving the 2013 Super Van Operator Award for Household Goods. The award is given annually by the American Moving & Storage Association in recognition of van operators who demonstrate an excellent record in safety and customer service during their careers in the household goods moving industry.
Other judging criteria for the award includes miles driven, accidents, lifetime driving record, time out of service for any hours of service or equipment violations, financial responsibility, community involvement, customer service, driving awards and outside interests and activities.
AMSA will present the award to Putnam at its 95th Annual Education Conference & Expo, held Feb. 9-12, 2014 in San Diego. Putnam is resident of Clifton Ford, Va.
