United Van Lines Receives 2013 Logistics Management Quest for Quality Award
Aug 11, 2013 – ST. LOUIS – United Van Lines received a 2013 Logistics Management Quest for Quality Award in the Household and High-Value Goods Carrier category. The Quest for Quality Award is regarded in the transportation and logistics industry as the most important measure of customer satisfaction and performance excellence.
The awards are determined by Logistics Management readers who evaluate and rate companies on a total of five criteria: information technology, on-time performance, value, customer service and equipment & operations. This year, 6,179 responses were collected from surveyed readers who are qualified buyers of logistics and transportation services.
